When you choose a monthly maintenance plan we agree a service agreement with you. Solved IT Service Agreements do not lock you into paying bulk money in advance. Its purpose is to agree a list of regular and proactive maintenance tasks at a regular time and billed at the end of each month. You are only billed for the time actually spent, plus parts, so some months may cost less and some cost more. You will also be billed at the concessional preventative maintenance rate for all other work.
